Bryon Cornelison, Project Manager

Bryon Cornelison, a native of Indiana , came to Hal Collums Construction, LLC by way of the Preservation Resource Center (PRC), and Sherwin Williams.  As the Director of Rebuilding Together, a program of the PRC, Bryon was in charge of repairing 70 homes a year under a budget through Community Development Block Grants.  After Katrina, Bryon worked at Sherwin Williams helping to open new stores.   Bryon’s unique experience brings so much to the Hal Collums Construction team.

 

In addition, to his Project Manager duties, Bryon is heavily involved in the community as President of Aurora West Neighborhood Association, sits on the Board of the Friends of the Algiers Courthouse, Trinity Lutheran Church , PRC’s African American Heritage Program and so much more.

 

At home, Bryon has two chickens, Ethel and Lucy, who were featured in the Times-Picayune, one Wheaton Terrier, named Meraux and one tabby named Arabella.
